I had an issue with leak coming from the roof, that funneled inside warping the surrounding sheet rock and door casing and trim. I called quality restoration and spoke with Halle, who set up the appointment for a consult on Wednesday, and was provided with an estimate soon after which was more than fair. We had a flood and quality restoration was extremely fast to respond. Within hours we had crews demoing, cleaning and fans were installed. Every single person I met and dealt with was professional, very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything they did turned out great! They went above and beyond what I expected. They responded immediately to our request for help with our basement flooding. They were here as fast as the travel distance allowed (1.5 hours for us living in a rural area). They were professional and efficient. Kept things organized in boxes and left fans and a dehumidifier to ensure everything got dried out and no mold formed.
