We had a sprinkler pipe that leaked and flooded a basement room. They dried everything out and restored it better than new. They do good work
We had an outside leak into our basement which soaked the carpet and pad and left a huge mess. I called Quality restoration. Chuck was on the phone answered my questions, sent technicians over immediately. Max was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and answered any questions. They have completed taking care of the water removal. I would highly recommend them and will be happy to leave another wonderful comment after they are able to finish the job. My experience with them (Nate was the representative that came to my place) went as far an estimate, but how smooth that went? One of the best experiences with a business I can remember. They were able to provide a free estimate. The same day I found out we had trouble in our house with water, Nate came and we built a plan together. They were always responsive, attentive, tidy, and did a good job explaining what they needed to do. A stressful time for our family was made simpler and more comfortable because of their customer service and the quality of their work.
