Wonderful place to live! I absolutely love it here. I moved here temporarily for a year and I'm going on 2 years now. They have very spacious 2 bedrooms with very friendly neighbors that look out for each other. They have a large staff so there's always someone ready to help you when you need it. The maintenance people are super friendly and they do their job in a timely manor. Sweet Digs Awesome 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms cozy apartment in the Pacific northwest. Complex provides a large, well maintained pool, gym, basketball court, and theater. Rent is competitive to area. Convenient access to light rail. I can see myself living here for a long time!
Things keep breaking... (Verified Renter) Things keep breaking shortly after repair. Everything is cheap. Not worth the price we pay for such low quality living.

The only amenity I cared about was the pool and hot tub but the hot tub was broken constantly and the pool was too packed in the summer to enjoy. We had two dumpsters and had to drag our garbage across the entire apartment complex to throw it away. Absolutely ridiculous and not easy for disabled folks. There is a... (Verified Renter) There is a serious and extensive mold issue throughout the apartments. In order to resolve this issue, you will need to pull up the carpet and expose the insulation to be able to see where this issue is coming from. It?s a serious health issue. Not only is there a moisture problem, but there is a SERIOUS mold issue. Also nobody picks up their dog poop.

We could never have our door or windows open because it always reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. There were ALWAYS unsupervised YOUNG children in the hallways and courtyard listening to inappropriate music and using vulgar language with each other. My toilets keep... (Verified Renter) My toilets keep getting clogged ever since I move in. They have been here 4 times to unclog my toilets, I have unclogged them several times in between. They really need to find out the reason they keep clogged up.
The early lease... (Verified Renter) The early lease termination fee made no room for humanity. Felt like a money making scheme and wasn't at all fair. I had to pay rent for over a month and I gave 5 weeks notice. You won't do anything about it though, except maybe laugh. Sadness.
I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend because of AUM. Horrible company ripping the residents off. I have come close to reporting them to the attorney general of the state of Oregon on several occasions and I probably will someday
