First, I thought it was ridiculous when the entire parking lot was repaved and there was nowhere to park. I pay to live and park my car there, I should not have to park a mile down the road. Second, the regulations that are put on the vehicles are stupid. I don't understand why I couldn't back my car into it's spot. For residants that... (Verified Renter) For residants that have guests that come and visit after 8pm need to be register online for a guest parking spot and there is only a limit of a 24 hours for that resident to have use of that. Im not all that happy with the guest parking.
There were police... (Verified Renter) There were police on sight frequently. It's nice they respond, but nicer to live in a complex where they don't need to respond so often
i would recommend... (Verified Renter) i would recommend this complex to friends and such. pretty much only if they had kids. that is the biggest draw back is UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN! they run around doing damage to cars and the buildings. sometimes it makes you wanna rip your hair out.

This newer employee Viktor has been friendly but he lacks knowledge of his duties as a maintains person.
