Staff and PA wonderful. Clinic waiting room needed more chairs, only 2 provided. Although staff kept waiting room clean ( 3 times when I was waiting a staff member came out and cleaned the chairs and restrooms) I still feel the waiting room needs work!

I was seen at Urgent Care due to a MVA. Even though this site was understaffed, everyone was professional, friendly and caring. They made feel comfortable knowing the level of pain I was in. Dennis Kurz PA-C listened to me as he provided me with great level of care. He made good judgment in referring me to a specialist because my situation was outside his level of care. The wait wasn't too long from my appt time. Exam went quick..results in 15 minutes. Hot alot of mental relief.

They where so under staffed, but even with that big issue they where great and tryed very hard to help everyone.
