My experience is not bad it was absolutely phenomenal. First I want to start off with the receptionists. Both Amy & Bethany were very welcoming and made me feel heard. Amy went out of her way to call my insurance company and figure out why they were saying I was ineligible. She fixed the issue and I was covered. So thankful for Amy! There was a patient that came in & required the staff to call the Ambulance. During this time, Bethany was absolutely phenomenal.
