Pleased with the staff. The NP, Bambi, was great, provided excellent care.
Everything but one thing was unsatisfactory & that was the waiting time. 1st one in after all paperwork completed & it still took 30+ min to be called back now unless their sneaking patients in the back door there shouldn’t be ANY reason why patients should have to wait that long unless their staff is not prepared. Other than that same ole repetitive story everything was very good

Too long of wait especially because a few people were called before me that came in after me. Also, the website was not working properly to check in.

Service at front desk was very helpful and kind. The ARNP Bambi was very efficient Very satisfied with treatment. Only problem the wait was an hour and half but understandable since it was Christmas Eve

They're always exceptionally busy but I believe it is because they are exceptionally good. Bambi is observant and thorough. Less than 24 hours after my visit i feel 100% better. Wish she had a private practice.
