Very positive and easygoing experience. Staff at front desk was friendly and the triage nurse and pa were very professional and helpful to me.

I’ve never once been to quick care and had anything other than a mediocre experience. The care is never quick, but it’s always consistent. The MAs and the providers are always great and they work their butts off, but the administration needs to figure out a different system to manage patient volume.

Nurse and Dr. were good. It was to the point and got the medicine i needed for my problem. It was a wait for over 2 hours. Also this was the first time I ever filled out paperwork on my phone. Very difficult. Should be a better way.

My experience this morning was very pleasant. All of the staff were helpful and polite. Although Mr. Joel Carter stood out from the rest. His professionalism and attentiveness spoke volume and you could really tell that he enjoy what he does.

I haven’t had to go to the doctor in over 15 years. On the day I went into the office, I was extremely sick. From the time I walked into the office, the receptionist was very warm and welcoming, the nurse’s aid I believe her name was Amber Was very nice and professional, Bambi was thorough in her assessment and took her time and answer answering my questions.
