Everything was alright. I went in for a COVID test. Everyone was nice and friendly except for the lady taking my vitals. I told her about my blood pressure and temperature being normally higher than most because I didn’t want her to test me like 20 times when those numbers were normal for me. She got upset that I told her and started just going on about how she tests everybody. I thought I was in the right by warning her. But other than that my experience was great. Took a long time for me to get seen, but I expected that.

It took a while to be seen but this can be expected since it was a Monday I and came late in the morning - meaning that there were many folks before me. Other than that, the staff and provider were excellent. They make you feel that you and your health matter.

Considering I wasn’t feeling well and primary doc was unable to see me, my experience was good. Staff have always been pleasant, as this was my 2 visit. I will use this facility again if needed
