Check in process was great. NP Bambi was phenomenal. She listened, gave me exactly what I needed and gave me several options for specialists to follow up with. Extremely grateful for my experience!

I have been in several times before with serious issues including pneumonia. ALL at Quick Care have been outstanding. Bambi has not only taken proper care of me but also my two year old. We were recently in with Covid. She was very informative, and also caring to be sure that everyone is taken care of. I really appreciate her compassion and knowledge! Everything was alright. I went in for a COVID test. Everyone was nice and friendly except for the lady taking my vitals. I told her about my blood pressure and temperature being normally higher than most because I didn’t want her to test me like 20 times when those numbers were normal for me. She got upset that I told her and started just going on about how she tests everybody. I thought I was in the right by warning her. But other than that my experience was great. Took a long time for me to get seen, but I expected that.

It took a while to be seen but this can be expected since it was a Monday I and came late in the morning - meaning that there were many folks before me. Other than that, the staff and provider were excellent. They make you feel that you and your health matter.

Considering I wasn’t feeling well and primary doc was unable to see me, my experience was good. Staff have always been pleasant, as this was my 2 visit. I will use this facility again if needed
