I’ve never been to a Quick Care. Always went to my PCP. However, recently my PCP was not able to see me so I went to the Inverness Quick Care. What an amazing group of staff. Eric was polite, friendly and helpful. I didn’t have a long wait. Dr. Rose was very nice. Very thorough and informative about what was wrong with me and my treatment. I have since taken my husband there because he was sick. Same amazing staff. If you can’t see your doctor and need help, Quick Care is definitely going to help you. The staff at this clinic was very prompt, professional and courteous. They helped to make my emergency situation as pleasant as it possibly could be. Thank you to all. This will be my go-to place for any emergency the clinic can handle.
Very affordable @ today's prices for a simple abscess. Darlene was very skilled & knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I was self pay without any insurance but received the best treatment. I praise God that there are still people & places like this. My prayers are with all @ the Inverness Quick Med. Thank you.
Not a very long wait, considering that there were several patients ahead of me. (l had phoned first to check how busy they were, so I could choose a less busy time; but, the wait time could still be an hour or so). The office staff was very welcoming and efficient. A lovely young woman, Janelle, took my vitals. Rose, the nurse practitioner, made the diagnosis quickly, and couldn't have been any more pleasant. Hate to say it but 2nd bad experience here. I went in to see if they could send me for an X ray on my ankle. The whole sign in process is done via a text link which was the first sign to me of a bad visit. Nobody does anything anymore. You do everyrhing leading up to you being seen. So i notice on the lengthy questionaire that im a Vet and VA insurance is not listed. I go to the front desk and ask the girl workin about this because it automatically has some....Triwest insurance checked. I tell her VA is not listed. She aays ... read more
