The receptionist, nurse were great. The NP Rosa was wonderful. She definitely recognized the need for an xray and control of the pain with steroid injection and oral. This really helped the discomfort and helped me sleep!

I was there 3 hours and spent 5 minutes with NP. Everyone was friendly but SLOW. Asking elderly people to do the check in, including photos of IDs and insurance cards, was a bit of a stretch. More medical staff would be beneficial.
