Dr Marilyn was wonderful so was casie the nurse , have to say every time I end up at this quick med the treatment is awesome you are really well taken care of . Thankyou for being a wonderful office to go to

I just had a very bad experience in the Inverness Office. I made an online appointment for 10:30 for this morning. I arrived early and did the little tablet thing. I Sat down to wait for my appointment time. At 10:30 a gentleman came in and said his appointment was at 10:45. No one was before me. At 11:10 they called the 10:45 in. I asked them wait, I was here before him. My appointment time was 10:30 and his was 10:45. The young woman said that they do not take appointments and see people as they come in. First I went in on a Saturday and they couldn’t take me till after hours which was fine and it’s on way I couldn’t make that but they told me to come back Sunday morning so I assumed I’d be one of the first one saying they didn’t tell me that I needed to make an appointment so I made an appointment when I got there for 9 o’clock and I wasn’t seen until 1230 then when I was seeing everything and I showed him what was wrong and I told him and finally the nurse came in and they treated me with a shot of Benadryl and a shot of a... read more

On 5/15/2022 I was really sick. I called the VA to see if I could be seen. They told me that they have a CONTRACT with Quick Care Med. I went to the location at 1907 Hwy 44 W, Inverness, FL 34453. I had been Quick Care Med & was already in the system. This was around 9:30 AM, and they told me I had to Register Again. This is Seth's grandmother, I brought him in. Receptionist helpful and kind. PA wonderful. Medical assistant Shelena was skilled and informative. She told him exactly what she was going to do, how it would feel and how far she would have to put the swab up his nose. This was so helpful.

There is no proper protocol or it isn’t being followed for patient coming in to get tested for covid and not limit of how many patient can wait in the waiting room. Having known positive patients waiting in room with other patient not there for covid. There was nothing to wipe down the tablet when you check in after each patient. Very dis functional check in system. Staff was pleasant and friendly otherwise.
