I got my car washed and got more than I bargained for. I got stuck in the machine and my car started hitting something next I heard a loud popping sound. I was terrified my tire popped and there was more cars coming. I have photo proof that their machine caused damage to my car and showed employees who seemed to not care at all. They did not fill out the incident report correctly or even take photos. The company now refuses to pay for my damage even with the time stamped photos. I have had Your services for well over a year now. I’ve many times wanted to complain, but never found the time. Today is the day I say enough is enough and try to call customer service to advise the “Tire Shine” has not worked at minimum 85-90% of the time. Instead I now sit on hold for going on 18 minutes. VERY disappointing to pay the highest premium for TWO cars and get subpar service!

Great employees terrible management. Like most high volume car washes they don’t maintain their wash equipment relative to use. Expect poor wash quality, rim damage, but very friendly staff.

RecommendedAlways passed by but never tried it till this morning. I've been to the gas station car wash next door and it was bad. I decided to give Quick Quack a try and it is my new go to car wash! Great attendant that got me into the whole process. Quick and painless and my ride looks good again.
