Absolutely disappointed with Quick Quack. My boyfriend got the $1 special on Wednesday, the next day he went to get his car wash with his new membership only to tell him that its been expired and to call customer service, we have called numerous times without getting anyone on the line to help up and once we did get ahold of someone customer service told us to go back to our original location to show the receipt of our transaction and reactivate. One bank of vacuums had no suction, there were five cars waiting to your the vacuums and your two young employees had their personal cars back in on the owns of the one bank of vacuums that actually worked good. Unacceptable

If i could give zero star I would, I had a brand new car 600miles and took it to quick wash for the first time and when I was about to vacuum I found some scratches on the hood and some on the door So I went to complained about it, they told me that they would review the video and call for me the next day, but after 2 weeks of waiting I called them to ask and they said it could of happened but they are not responsible to pay my cars paint work. What a big regret to me to take my car to the quick wash just to be all scratche... read more

The customer service here is AWFUL. Their machines damaged my antanae and they have done nothing but give me the run around on fixing it. Do not use this facility. At all
