updating my review: came here on 6/28/20 at about 10:30am. To start with nobody had masks on. Then they did not explain to me how the carwash worked as it is different from normal car washes and proceeded to get annoyed with me. then the car wash employee comes to explain to me rudely with no mask on and breathes all over me. They are immediate on our side, but your financial institution must accept and process the refund which is why it takes time to post to your account. Do not go here! Nobody has a mask on, very bad attitude toward me and my car was not clean I had to go get it rewashed elsewhere. called for a refund and they would only give me a partial refund and did not make it right. They are a bunch of crooks, never again! they can go eat dirt!
Don’t go here! Had an accident inside their car wash. A guy hit me from behind and his insurance has been reaching out to Quick Quack but will not return any of mine or Insurance’s phone calls. Their customer service is a joke!

RecommendedGot a good wash today. Cleans well. Since the location is new, the pressure comes strong enough to clean my big SUV.

RecommendedLove the vacuum stations! There are so many stalls and the vacuums are STRONG!! I was able to clean out all the dirt in a breeze. On the other hand, I was not as impressed with the wash. My car was still very spotty after. Also, there are no signs at the end of the wash to put your car back into Drive. I lost control of my car for a few seconds because the track kicked me off while I was still in Neutral which was scary! The only reason why I recommend this place is for the vacuums.

Went by yesterday had a free coupon, the poor girl was left working alone trying to help a line of cars while her guy co worker walked around acting like he was busy. The poor girl had to end up giving endless car washes for free because she couldn’t cash people out and wash the cars and direct the cars in the wash alone. Poor management is to blame I’m sure not only did they lose tons of money but for staff to feel over whelmed and left alone is managements fault and no worker should be put under such pressure cuz a company... read more

Just so so wash. Lines are a joke, no rhyme or reason on how they let people in. My car didn’t really look too much cleaner than before I went through. Went another time to see if any better and still disappointed. I prefer the similar kind of wash on monte vista bear goodwill. $8 wash and far better than quick quacks most expensive. It’s a meh for me

My daughter was hit by another car. Then there was another accident the same day. The store leader LISA got the two incidents confused and gave out my daughters information. UGGGHHHHH, please don’t support this business!!!!
