Turned in application online, received a call the next day, which I missed. Returned call the next day and loan was approved and funded in about 2 hours. Docusign saved a trip to the bank, about 25 miles away! I was assisted by Shana Cheney
Branch Mgr did a great job for us.. Everybody there is very helpful. I recommend the 43rd St. branch in Gainesville.
Michael helped us set up our daughters account and made sure everything was in order. He went out of his way to ensure that Chloe got all the information she needs to feel comfortable with a new financial institution.

Been a member for 20+ years. They took $15.00 out of my savings. I asked why. They said they mailed me something and the USPS returned it so I got fined $15.00. I had absolutely NOTHING to do with this yet got fined $15.00. This is nothing but a SCAM and they STOLE MONEY FROM ME.
