Jesse who was the manager at bank in Gainesville 6/8/24, is a piss pour manager and should be deranked from manager. I brought in a 20 that was still together but stapled at the top and he rejected it. Where else are you suppose to return money to. I was told to tape it up and send it somewhere else, not the answer I was expecting.

I opened up a Personal Account because I wanted to join a credit union, and I even decided to open a Business Account that same week. My business account was finalized on a Saturday and by Monday morning I get a message saying that they CLOSED my Personal Account because it “wasn’t funded.” I connected my external bank account as soon as he gave me my login information. I am that person that takes screenshots of everything, so I sent those screenshots to the person who opened up my account and it had him confused as well.... read more
