Cody was helping me with an issue I was having regarding withdrawals that were unauthorized. Will stepped in and helped with me obtaining documents. They both worked together in assisting me. Unfortunately with this issue the credit union only goes back 2 months. They both worked together in providing me with documentation that I can use in further pursuit of this situation.
Ashley took her time and explained everything to us about our loan situation and I greatly appreciate it.
