Mr. Shankman was a great help. My daughter was trying to get added to my granddaughter’s account that I had set up a few years ago. Apparently one of the tellers told her she couldn’t deposit money into the account because she didn’t have her name on the account and she didn’t know the account #. He was a great help, very kind and friendly.
