Traci Smith is always so helpful! She is absolutly amazing and makes banking a much better experience.
It took about an hour to complete the process. When I set up a user ID and password, I tried to view my account by selecting something like “view my account”, but clicking on the available choices didn’t work to allow me to view my account. I guess it will take a phone call to find out to view my account.
