Trying to resolve "hacking" problems, Ms Williamson, worked with us again. She was very supportive.
We used the Hawthorne branch and Ms Hazel Williamson was excellent to help us with our "hacked" account, she was very patient trying to explain resolving our problem.
I wish I could give you no stars. I opened a checking account a few weeks ago in Gainesville FL and that seemed to go well. Then I had a large deposit into the checking account. Hazel Williamson called to welcome me to the Hawthorne FL branch. She told me she would send me my temporary password to get into my account.
