I appreciate constant communication. We were told in the beginning the close date was aggressive. I was expecting a delay far longer than what really occurred. We were only two days later than what was expected initially. The team responded on the weekend at times which isn't usual for other lenders. I was very curious about the appraisal as well. Randy shared that info with me, when the agent wouldn't. Great communication! Thank you!
