We had a very complex loan case. However we had 2 delayed closings, and it seemed that more and more documents were needed as we went. The file wasn’t submitted to underwriting on time for our fist closing date we were given.

Randy is amazing! This deal was tough but I have to be honest.... It seemed like our file got shuffled around. I very rarely heard from whoever had our file. My buyer kept telling me her new contact person (which happened alot) and I didn't even know her file got sent to another person. Anytime I contacted Randy he got the answers I needed though.
