"Perfect Experience " As far as I’m concerned, Gerry Wood Honda is the only place to buy a Honda. Erik Lawhon made our buying experience seamless and fun. He assisted us in surprising our 16 year old son Sean with his brand new Honda Civic. The entire team at Gerry Wood helped in every aspect of the buying process. "No Pressure to Purchase" We visited the dealership to look at the new 2019 models. The sales representative was very friendly and was knowledgeable about the products . He allowed us to test drive three different vehicles. The dealership was willing to negotiate terms. We were very pleased.
"It was good" Not happy about having to pay for a software update. Updates are to fix a problem. So I have to pay for the update to fix Honda problem.
"Greater than expected" Got the appointment I needed and met when I arrived with the very available service manager who was very cordial and helpful. She asked how long they could have the car and delivered the completed service hours before expected. Love this place and will always come here for all my vehicle needs.
"Oil change/ Service" Jessica is always the best. I truly wouldn’t want to dea with any other device people. She is always happy and on top of her game.
"Best Service!" Excellent customer service. I could not have asked for better! They answered all my questions in a timely manner. They were always willing to help!
"Bought my 1st car here" Larry went above and beyond to help me find the right Pilot for me! KJ in the Finance dept was also awesome. The experience (of course my 1st one buying) we exciting and fun. All of my questions were answered and let really walked me through it. I am 100% pleased and will return/recommend! Ps- I got a great deal on my vehicle ;)
"First oil change / tires rotated " Excellent service. Friendly people. Very informative. Jessica was very helpful. Answered all my questions. My son bought car at another dealership, but we will use Gerry Wood for service. Jessica made me feel important as a customer.
"Basic checkups" Jessica always helpful, let’s me know what has to be done for the upkeep and performance of the car. Complete trust in th services.
