"Satisfied customer!" The car buying experience can be very overwhelming, but my experience was great! I had 2 salesmen, Mr. Junker & Mr. Trapp. The first salesman had given me his card earlier in the day, but upon returning to the dealership was with another customer, causing me to be put in the hands of Mr. Trapp. I felt "put off".
