Usually a flawless experience. On a recent visit I purchased over $1000 of essential oils and some other items. I purchased a 5 litre bottle of aromas oil which the lid was not properly s3cured. this item was carried to my car by staff, as I carried the essential oils. When I arrived home due to the lid not being properly tightened, approx 1.5 litres of oil spilled through my car. The SLSA powder tub I received was broken and the powder spilled out in the box. I contacted the company to replace the product or at least replace the broken tub. All I received was a veiled apology and a that my complaint will be escalated to management. Nothing since. If you want me to buy from you again you need to improve your containers, packing method and customer service.
