Easiest process I've ever experienced !!. Just make sure everything is explained and detailed on paper before signing. Gap,loan terms, extended service contracts etc..other than that great

Refinance Took longer than expected and I had to keep getting more and more info that was needed.
Lengthy process I got a much better rate, but there is a bit of leg work as you have to have forms notorized, fedexed etc. Overall a good experience, friendly customer serivice and lower APR
Quick and Easy Approval process More than helpful and always willing to discuss the options with you. They can keep you update with text and email. A really greasy service.
