Fantastic service The loan officer made the process seamless despite a significant valuation issue with my vehicle. We ended up with a fantastic rate and payment without increasing our term.! Our rep kept us appraised of every step and communicated well via text. All in all, excellent experience. Wish I could refi another car!

Easy as pie.. The application process was quick and easy. If you read the instructions when filling out your paperwork, it's not hard at all. The reps were helpful and did great with follow up. If anyone has complaints about the process, they likely didn't read the loan packet instructions.
