Excellent experience.... They were very good at staying in touch with me through the whole process. I had 1 contact and I was able to ask questions and get answers within 24 hours. They gave me a good rate upon application but a day later another rate came in that was better and they let me know right away. Of course I took the better rate, but my point is they are "Johnny on the spot". I highly recommend them!

Easy Refinance Process took a bit longer and fees were a tad higher than expected, but in all this required minimal work on my part. Signing a few forms and getting a notarized signature was fairly painless. It can be a bit tough to get in touch with them for questions, but they reach out to you and explain everything fairly well. They got me a low interest rate at a decent bank and will save me around $1k-2k on the car note, so ultimately I'm happy.
