Super Easy as well as courteous The entire process took maybe a week to fund my payoff, in a refinance situation. It probably can go faster, I was slightly delayed in my gathering of a couple of documents that were required. Highly recommend RateGenius.

Refinanced Auto Loan The process was very simple and they were able to answer all of my many questions with ease.
Fairly straight forward Submitt initial paperwork/forms as requested. They asked for follow up forms a few days latter. Only issue I had was the 2nd round of forms were requested via a secure email site, whoch was blocked by my employer. This caused delays, as I wasn't aware of the request till they called me.
Got the job done not great costumer serv They did what they advertise and found me a better rate but after the application process is done dont expect to be keep in the loop about what's going on until it's done.
Fast friendly and courteous help to loan Best overall experience I ever had in getting a better loan!
