So far so good.. It was a pretty simple process. Kevin from Rate Genius helped out a ton and was responsive to what we were looking for in a refinance loan.

Very easy Simple
Car Refinance The process was timely and customer service was great, saved me 4+% and was completed from beginning to end within 2 weeks. The only reason I gave the overall rating an Okay is because the Rate Genius Rep told me upon approval that my first payment wouldnot be until Feb 1st 2019, of which I budgeted around.....turns out that my first payment due is Dec 28, 2018.
The experience was quick and easy.. This process was simple and quick. Everything that was promised was delivered.
Convenient, speedy and affordable The agents were thorough and expedient. They were friendly and honest. Definitely not what I have experienced with other places.
Fast and Friendly I loved my exoerience with Rate Genius. They were so quick, informative, friendly, and patient with me getting the needed documents. The process with them was stress free. The only negative experience I have had has been with the company they refinanced me with. It is a lower monthly payment and lower APR, which is great and exactly why I refinanced, but their website and app are not the easiest to work with. That has nothing to do with Rate Genius, so I highly recommend using them!
