Refinance of an existing auto loan.. Exactly as advertized. They felt they could get me a better rate and, with no issues at all, they did.
Fast, Friendly & Convenient This was hands down the easiest loan process I've ever been apart of. My agent was very helpful and was always quick to respond if I had any questions. He literally responded within 15 minutes of my email EVERY time I emailed him, I honestly expected atleast a 24 hour "wait" period for a response. I will definitely go through them again if I am in need of another loan in the future.
They lowered my payment by 25%!. The process was quick and very smooth. I had applied with my original loan holder, but without any success even though I had established excellent credit. I would highly recommend "Rate Genius"!
