Easy enough, and well worth it Awesome
Very good service with RateGenius!. Communications was prompt and helpful throughout the process. There was more paperwork than I had thought, but they assisted me all the way. the biggest benefit was, once I paid of my Credit Card, my Credit score went up 9 points!
Very good communications throughout the Once I was approved, the loan manager stayed in touch throughout the process. There was a bit more paperwork, etc than I had thought there would be, but they assisted me through the forms. I paid off a credit card, and within days my credit score jumped 9 points. I highly recommend RateGenius!

Fairly seamless process, w lowest rate Others on CK site offered much higher rates, I'm sure the loan processors are not getting rich from this, and service was still good
Auto Loan Experience was good overall. Only problem I had was communication. I had to keep emailing to find out the statis of my loan. This could be improved for better customer service.
