Fast and easy, ended up saving some money. Lacked some communication from my agent but overall good experience.
Helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.. They are patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The process was quite simple, once I got my end of things done. They prepare everything for you and you simply sign some forms. I'd recommend them for refinancing anytime!
Easy fast well informed I saved money
The money saved is worth your time.. The effort required to do the refi process is worth the money saved. My only complaint is that not every step was digital. It would have been nice to complete the process without having to print and mail a bunch of paper.

Easiest refinance ever!. This went so smoothly. The agent who assisted me even went as far as texting (much for convenient for me) so that was surprisingly helpful. I was refinanced with a different bank within a week's time with little effort on my part, just had to provide the appropriate information that was easily obtained.
