Very simple application process.. Go ahead and give all of the information regarding your vehicle (meaning sections that say "optional") as they will have to call to verify with you anyways. Very accessible and very responsive to any and all questions regarding the application process and the loan finalizing with the new lender.
One stop shop!. I have used rate genius on 2 refinances now and the process is very easy! They are very easy to work with! You can even text a loan agent items to send in, it’s great! Excellent customer service!
This was to refinance my car.. I applied online and received a call the very next day. The process was extremely easy and I was walked through it with all the help I needed. I ran into problems and couldn't print out the documents or the return mailing label. When I called, they overnighted the documents to me. I was also able to send the documents back at no cost to myself. The approval was quick and easy. Quick and easy Had a phone call within a couple of hours. Knocked my interest rate in half, cost me nothing out of pocket and got to skip a payment. Worth it!

A bit cumbersome but worked out As someone involved in consumer lending for 30+ years, I found the process to be understandable but somewhat cumbersome and slow. Had I been a typical customer with minimal background? I'm not sure it would have been a great experience. The fastest Loan Processing experience They were lightning fast and made the refinancing hassle free. Great rates and great customer service.
Found a good rate and handled everything RateGenius found a better rate for me than I could have found on my own. Once I accepted it, they handled all the paperwork - I only had to send the documents they requested and sign and courier the final documents to them (courier slip is included in the package). I will definitely use RateGenius again the next time I am looking for an auto loan.
