Car Refinance I was first introduced to Rate Genius through Credit Karma and I trusted them, so I figured it was legit. Rate Genius's way of doing business is a bit unconventional, most of it being done through text and email, which initially had me thinking it was a scam. I received exceptional service from Chad, he was always available and ready to answer all of my questions. I was able to get a great interest rate for my car refinance which saved me almost $100 per month. They made the process very easy.
Quick, easy and awesome rate!. This was SUCH an easy process from start to finish. It only took about one day to apply, have my loan approved, and begin sending in the required info. Once my loan was approved, they e-mailed and sent physical documents for me to fill out within 2 days. I sent them back and that was the most work I had to do throughout the whole process.
