Refinance of auto loan The person I delt with was very polite and helpful. The process was quick and convenient. The only issue I have is that from the start I applied for a refinance on a used car,and after all the paperwork was signed and sent in I received a call saying that the rate was wrong becasue they quoted a new car rate. It went up by 1/2 a point and still saved me money over the term, but that is what you expect at the dealership level. Seems like bait and switch to me.
Very thorough process, easy to follow I was able to stay in contact with my representative through email, text and phone call. My only issue was that they quoted a wrong rate which delayed the process for a week, which also led to an overpayment. I would rate 5 stars if not for that. I would still recommend.
