Excellent Service!. I applied for an auto refinance loan with Rate Genius! I was nervous at first because of some of the reviews but rest assured this is a very simple process and they are extremely helpful. They were able to help me to refinance my loan to save me 5%, I went from an 8.99% rate to a 3.99% rate. The rep I worked withg was great and answered all my questions. Def would recommend them for anyone looking for a loan!
Easy to work with Loan rep was very easy to work with and adjusted information as needed. Only reason why they lost a star is because there was multiple small issues. Date of payment is not what I requested (I requestedf first not 15th). And originally the lender I chose was incorrect, they managed to fix the lender but I did not catch the payment issue until after the fact. But overall they were easy to work with and helpful.
