Easy peezy, light & breezy.. The application process was a piece of cake, and I was soon contacted with a great offer. Furthermore, the agent clarified the whole process and timeline to me. Excellent & friendly customer service, especially for a financial services company! Would recommend them to anyone wishing to refinance a large purchase. In my specific case, I'd purchased a $70K car when my credit was not so good (627), and I refinanced through rate genius when it was above (720)... made a world of difference!
I'm still waiting It was really easy to apply through credit karma, they call me next day I couldn't pick up the phone, then we finally talked 4 days later, they gave me some options we agreed with one and since my husband work with uber they told me they will look for a lender who works with those pay stubs. 1 later after I tried to contact I have no answer. No even to tell me I don't qualify.
Fast with great customer service I applied and got approved with an interest rate of 4.7% which is pretty good compared to my 8% loan previously. The whole process was so easy and smooth. I applied online late on a Tuesday night, loan got approved Wednesday and got my loan docs on Friday. All the agents were very helpful and responsive. My loan got funded the following Tuesday. I highly recommend

lowered my rate by 3% What started off as a game of phone tag eventually resolved into a successful refinance lowering my rate by 3%! There was a lot of documents to mail but the prepaid ups sticker made it easy and cheap to send them off. Keep records of every form you submit in case of errors or unexpected problems.
