Great for a busy schedule If you have a busy schedule this is great. The customer was good. The follow up by the agent was good.I am not sure if the instuition chosen for me was the best but it was good enough for what I needed. OverLl my experience was satisfactory and help me out a lot. I would use them again, if necessary such as if I have time constraint.
Auto refi When John Burns from Real Genius called me and told me that they could cut my APR in half I thought it was a scam and couldn't be real. But everything was legit! They cut my interest rate in half through a credit union, it cost me absolutely nothing for the service, all of the paperwork was done through email. I had to mail them a few documents that I had to have signed by a notary, that's it. Long story short, they saved me almost $1,800 in interest, and lowered my payment by about $30 a month! Quick and Easy Rate Genius gave us one place to make an application and they went and shopped for a loan.
