Excellent Customer Service The application process was simple and easy, and the customer service agent assigned to me helped me every step of the way. He answered all questions I had and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. I never felt pressured to commit.
Car refinancing Throughout the entire process I was kept in the loop, kept very well informed and anything I didn't understand or had questions about they took the time to explain without making me feel like I was a burden to them. The process was fairly easy and the customer service was above and beyond.
Outstanding I refinanced my car in under 30 days of buying it. They matched me with a Credit Union and my deal was done in 3 days.
Refinancing my car Very nice!! They were very helpful. They gave me a great APR! Thank you guys!!
Auto Refinance Great customer service. Prompt responses on inquiries. Found a refinance willing to take on my upside down loan with an APR 3% lower than what I was paying. Loan was found within a few days and everything was finalized within 2 weeks.
Very professional experience!
FABULOUS easy to apply and great service Saved money and easy to apply
Easy and fast My wife sent a contact email one night. The next day she received a call. They got all the information and within an hour she was able to get a better rate and lower monthly payments. But it didn't end there, he was able to get us additional warranty that we weren't able to get before. We were also able to get new home and auto insurance at a lower price. Great!
2.99 interest from 6.49 auto loan no application fee, no origination fee. They shopped around to get me the best rate.
