The best The stuffs are so kind and respectful and make everything easier for you. Very fair interests and so easy to apply. My first experience for my car loan was credit acceptance, which it's the worst ever I had! Very hogh interests and a terrible customer service. But rate genius groups are amazing. Fast, Easy and Great Process I applied to refinance my car. My old rate was 13.5% because my credit was bad when I first got my car. I have since built up my credit and really gotten it to a good point. Rate Genius took my information, processed it in a very timely fashion (about 24 hours) and called me to discuss my options. Refi your auto loan from home I have used this service 2x before, and each time went very well. Yes, there is a certain amount of paperwork you must provide, but prepaid envelopes are included, and the representatives, (especiallly WInthrop) make it a fun and easy proccess. Painless process Went from 11.89% with Ally to 2.99% with a credit union that RateGenius found for me. All documents are submited online. Even the signing is online. They fully paid my Ally loan on time. I highly recomend them.
