Great service, great rates I was treated with fairness as a valuable customer. It might sound pretty basic but I applied for the same refinance through 2 other companies at the same time but didn't get the same quality of service from the other two. One of them even tried to convince me that a higher pay amount would actually be lower somehow. Basic math. Taylor at rateGenius helped me thoroughly through the process and went the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal.

This loan is perfect.. I needed a refinance to a lower interest rate and of course a lower monthly payment. Oma Dawn was my loan officer and he was quick, and helped me with a great loan.
