I applied for housing here last August and paid the application fee after the website showed availability. No one ever contacted me, and my application status still says “submitted” — it was never reviewed or processed. I called today because I’m beyond frustrated. I was without electricity for 8 days in our spare room where the kids play our hallway and the living room wall. It took them 8 days to get someone to come out and look at it. Would have been longer if I wasnt persistent they stated because it was a holiday weekend they weren't going to send anybody out because it wasn't an emergency. What an absolute dump. This place has gone downhill, ALOT, in the past several years. Shame on you management! Almost everyone's lawn is over grown, landscaping is a mess, everyone's trash is overflowing, trailers are run down and old, the pool is shut down, I hear people paying WAY too much to live there when the place is disgusting, the water is NOT included in lot rent like they advertise and the place is absurd. Get it together Ravines!
Well they finally got the roads repaired and speed bumps removed. They have some unresolved issues of water spigots leaking and the trash cost is going through the roof.
Have not gotten one night of sleep straight here without stereos blaring through the neighborhood all hours of the day and night. Neighbors just totally inconsiderate of their surrounding neighbors. Along with children. People FLY through this park. Speed limit is 15, might as well throw 50mph on it. Not sure if it’s the office up front or the Vineyards management group that runs this place, but lease limitations are also not upheld in this park.
