Have not gotten one night of sleep straight here without stereos blaring through the neighborhood all hours of the day and night. Neighbors just totally inconsiderate of their surrounding neighbors. Along with children. People FLY through this park. Speed limit is 15, might as well throw 50mph on it. Not sure if it’s the office up front or the Vineyards management group that runs this place, but lease limitations are also not upheld in this park. Always very clean nice place to visit we have family and friends that live there. There are a couple strange people that live there but you get that everywhere. Just wish their pool was open in the summer to at least certain families if they had like a sign in sheet and someone to inforce that it would be awesome along with having the adults watch thier kids while they play or are at the pool. I recently became acquainted with some residents who live there. Every time that I visit it's very quiet, most of the properties are very well kept, and the residents who live there seem to be very friendly. If I were in need of a home I wouldn't hesitate to move there.

Manager is very unprofessional, says one thing and does another. Allows sex offenders to live in the community even with complaints and multiple children around. Water bill is outrageous, as well as having rules not allowing small kiddie pools for children stating there is a community pool that is rarely open. Lot rent continuously goes up, at least once to twice per year. Multiple people in the community have made complaints about the Manager to corporate and yet nothing has been done. Lived here for 25 years. Always followed the rules and paid my lot rent on time. I moved out January 2nd, I paid for January lot rent even tho I was only there a couple of days. I still have not received my security deposit! Terrible place to live and in my opinion they are crooks!
