Here's what's great. Rebecca delivered on her promise to provide financing for the property we desired at an excellent rate. She was accessible most of the time to provide answers when we needed them. The level of communication we had with her team was not so great. Too many last-minute requests made us feel stressed and panicked at times. They should've prepared us better on what to expect. Also, no call on day of closing to tell us when loan had funded and no congratulatory call or email.
