Rebecca and her team are AMAZING. It is a really challenging time for mortgages right now. The rates are great but the paperwork is AWFUL. Rebecca always included a spoonful of sugar with every new document that needed to be procured in order to satisfy the Underwriters. Our tax returns are messy with multiple LLCs and businesses but Rebecca always remained confident. She never gave up. She got our loan locked in at a great rate and saw us to the finish line.
