the earbud is awsome & is good quality, the only thing that didnt make this 5 stars was the fact that the earbud didnt come with different sized gummies for different sized ear holes. now i have to buy a whole set of gummies online when i just wanted the small, default and large it comes with in the original samsung box.
The support was amazing and even though I ordered a wrong item, they helped me figure things out very quickly!
