My original Sony wf-1000xm4 charging case was stolen along with some other items in a lunch box while I was on a run. Not only has Recell allowed me to replace the case without shelling out for an entirely new pair, they immediately offered me an exchange when I found the battery life in the first replacement lacking. They even sent out a new case prior to being required to return the first one. I'm so glad they're here! I've missed these so much.
