I've used Red Carpet moving (now on two separate occasions and services) and they were outstanding both times. The first was for aa across town move and the second was for unpacking services for that move. They are ALWAYS on time, courteous, they take proper care of your homes items and are careful when moving those items so not to cause any damage to your home or items. Fantastic moving company! Cisco, Karlos and Frankie were very professional, most helpful and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. They also handled every item with the best of care . I would highly recommend them for a reliable and quslity moving company!
I was just moved by PAUL & JUAN and it was like being moved by family because they care so much. Of course, family with great moving skills and experience. They were so careful and kind. They used a lot of packing materials to keep my things safe and secure. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were.
I recently completed a local move from Las Vegas to Henderson, my Berkshire Hathaway property manager recommended Red Carpet snd I'm so pleased. Amy Higgins was The representative at Red Carpet that helped me. The entire process was easy and I was prepared and comfortable with this process. A team Of four guys arrive on time and worked 10 hours to complete this move. Nothing broken, no damage in house, Very professional guys. We had a large, heavy dining room table that we ordered online from Restoration Hardware. It was delivered yesterday by Jeff and Wayne from Red Carpet Moving Company. Being a rainy day, they were very careful about making a clean delivery. They assembled the table, centered it to our satisfaction in our dining room, provided us with care instructions, and demonstrated how to employ the extensions. This company came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint! From beginning to end they were professional, accommodating and personable. Raul, Albert, Seve and Chris were very pleasant to work with, they actually made the experience enjoyable. They took great care by wrapping and carefully loading every piece of furniture making sure nothing got damaged. They didn't waste any time and worked nonstop. We have used many moving companies in different states and were impressed with the service we received with Red Carpet Moving recently. Sal and Chopa showed up and worked tirelessly the entire time. Sal wrapped several of our items carefully and they all arrived safely. It was certainly a positive experience that took so much stress and worries off of us on the day of the move. Excellent experience with Red Carpet starting with Dee in making the original reservation. Followed up quickly and she emailed me the details. The morning of the move, received a call as scheduled that the gentlemen were on the way and they arrived promptly about 30 minutes later. Jeremy, Ash and Juan were not only efficient but showed a genuine concern for my belongings. Wouldn't recommend anyone else to handle my moving in Las Vegas.
