Confirmed on phone twice that my moved started at 7:30am, crew called at 7:40am saying the truck wouldn't start. I ordered them to arrive at 7:30, not leave the warehouse at 7:30?! Made excuses, said they'd arrive at 8, didn't show until 8:40 and brought the two smallest men in Clark County to move a 500lb gun safe and large furniture. Do not use!!!!

Best full service moving company in Las Vegas!! I called and needed to move in one day and they set it up quickly and easily, working around my schedule. Josh and Amy were a great help. Other places I called didn't get back to me or didn't seem to want the business. Red Carpet had me send photos for the estimate and sent my confirmation right away. Extremely happy with our out of state move. Jeremy and Derek were prompt , professional and courteous. Arrived on time and our possessions were transported without incident and arrived safely without any damage. Will definitely use this company again.
We recently moved from a two story home to a one story. The guys at Red Carpet were fantastic. They showed up on time with two trucks and four guys. Cisco, Torry Brandon and Dominic were very friendly and professional. They wrapped all our furniture, and didn't ding any walls or damage any of our furniture. They put together our desk that was disassembled for the move and our King Size Sleep Number bed as well as setting up all other furniture. I would highly recommend them!

We moved yesterday from our condo on the Strip to a storage unit in Summerlin. Our three movers (Albert, Ricky and Derek) were courteous, professional and efficient. We will use them again when we move to our house next Spring.
They were very professional when delivering our table from RH and it led us to hire them for our local move once we bought a house. Raul, Juan and Derek did a terrific job and came in under the maximum bound rate we were quoted even after having to make two trips to move everything. Nothing damaged, all around pleasant experience with no surprises.
Even though the coordination went sideways a bit at the start, your company did whatever they could to fix the problem, which is appreciated. We were so pleased with the professionalism and hard-working movers that were assigned to move us, Chris and Carlos! They were awesome and we truly appreciated how they just rolled with the punches and always had a positive attitude which would help make things go even smoother. Thank you for sending us two phenomenal movers, they really helped make this move as painless as possible!
