It all started when Jon's Red Carpet Moving team and the Clark County Fire Department teamed up and donated their time to move my non profit Toys 4 Smiles! I don't like to complain on business pages, but for this I'm going to unleash my inner Karen big boomer energy. I was moved by a mover from this company named Albert and another man. Albert came to my home with a bad attitude right off the bat. Red Carpet is consistently the best furniture delivery and moving company I've used in Vegas. Communication is always great, and the movers are professional, courteous and handles everything with extreme care.
This is the second time we've used Red Carpet Moving to handle our cross-state moves (NV - CA - NV). We were so pleased with the service the first time around that we didn't need to look elsewhere. Red Carpet Movers provided me with the best moving experience I have ever had! The team was prompt, professional and very careful when handling my delicate furniture pieces. They were courteous and even helped me sweep and took all moving debris with them on their truck for disposal. I would hire them again any day and highly recommend!!
EDIT: After speaking to Amy on the phone and getting the issue resolved, I am putting my faith and support back into Red Carpet Moving Company. She has excellent customer service and is dedicated to doing right by her customers. Amy was able to resolve the issue on the spot and give us the satisfaction she knew we needed. Confirmed on phone twice that my moved started at 7:30am, crew called at 7:40am saying the truck wouldn't start. I ordered them to arrive at 7:30, not leave the warehouse at 7:30?! Made excuses, said they'd arrive at 8, didn't show until 8:40 and brought the two smallest men in Clark County to move a 500lb gun safe and large furniture. Do not use!!!!
