On time. Great service. Even loaded my stuff onto another truck that wouldn't fit into their 26 ft truck.
We saw a crew from Red Carpet moving our neighbors in a few months before our move and decided to try them for our move. Josh answered the call and was immediately on it. I sent him pictures for estimating, and he turned an estimate around very quickly and slotted us on calendar. He followed up with a call that they had a cancellation, and that they could move us the next day, which we decided to do. Mark and Wade were fantastic with our delivery! Super quick and carefull with great communication prior, would definitely recommend.
This morning I received a call saying my delivery would arrive in 15-20 minutes...right in time. I was asked to move my temporary makeshift stools and lamps...no problem. When the two gentlemen came in to place my new nightstands, they gladly moved my bed the few inches necessary. They handled everything with care. They were friendly and showed interest in my enthusiasm. I look forward to my next two deliveries with no worries.
Red Carpet Moving has been delivering furniture from a recent purchase at Restoration Hardware. Today, Marc and Juan arrived on time and delivered my four new dining chairs with the utmost care and precision. This is the second delivery from this company with my Restoration Hardware purchases and I couldn't be more pleased.
Always courteous, and conscientious when moving furniture thru the house. Would definitely recommend
I absolutely love this company! I was interested in purchasing some large furniture items from an online store who unfortunately does not have a white glove service, just drop off delivery. I found this moving company and was put in contact with Torrey, the Designer Services Manager. He is awesome and a true professional!
