I had purchased several items from RH in Las Vegas. They hired Red Carpet for my delivery and I am so happy they did.The three movers Jeff, Juan and Cooper were so professional, polite and provided white glove service. One piece of furniture that was an eight foot cabinet that weighed over 400lb was challenging to bring up to the second floor due to tight and narrow stairway. Very professional,punctual and courteous guys. They packed everything on day one and then on day two they moved everything into their trucks off to the new house for my daughter and son-in-law. Everything was wrapped and handled with pristine care. They were quick and definitely knew how to move things around.They explained everything that they were going to do thoroughly and they would tell you if certain type of furniture with susceptible to easier breakage like IKEA type furniture. We moved last week. Three key things were missing. One was a brand new in the box Food Processor. The receipt was attached to it. Never made it across town. 2 key boxes one was my whole nightstand! Second was my dresser with all my workout gear, socks and underwear! I called. The answer I was given was to me unacceptable! " We don't have a problem with stealing" I wasn't accusing anyone. They offered no assistance! I recommend a numbered inventory. They did not do that.

Had a crew of four red carpet movers deliver and set up our furniture from Arhaus furniture out of Scottsdale, in short they were outstanding! Jeff, Diamonte, Richard, and Franklen were professional , clean , helpful and in general seem to have a pride in how good they were.
Everyone was great from beginning to end. Elizabeth answered all my questions. On day of delivery received a text to let us know they are on the way! Franklin and Richard were very friendly and efficient. Thank you!
Movers notified us they were 30 minutes out. Franklin and Jeff arrived on time and immediately went to work. They were competent and pleasant. The whole process of removing old mattress and placing new one took 10 minutes. Was a very positive experience. Highly recommend Red Carpet Moving.
