You may be better off getting a leak detection company to determine the source of the leak and hire a different company for refinishing. I own my pool company Crystal Dolphin Serv. LLC. since 2004. When I need a leak detection I always call RED RHINO its 5 stars company on the BBB they are very sophisticated using sonar and electronics system. Its not cheap but they are very honest and professional. Whatch out for little companies with affordable prices because leaking issues have a lot of scams out there
